OUR POLICIES Click on the policy you’d like to understand: ShippingAll in-stock orders are shipped within 3 hours of receipt, and are shipped “FOB Evergreen”. This means you pay the shipping, and we transfer the property and risk of loss or damage to you when the product leaves our warehouse. You can specify which courier you prefer, but, if not specified, we use Just Rush for same day delivery in the GTA, Canpar for overnight delivery in Ontario & Quebec and Purolator for out West and down East. Warranty on sub-3.5" Drive ProductsAll Notebook Drive Kits are covered by our exclusive Lifetime Advanced Cross Ship Warranty out of our Mississauga warehouse. This warranty is transferable to any owner or any device, as long as the device is currently supported on our product list. No one else in the industry offers this level of warranty and support because no one else in the industry tests every product before shipping. Our DOA defective rate has been consistently less than .5% since 1996! Our Universal Drives are covered by a 30 day Advanced Cross Ship Warranty out of our Mississauga warehouse, then a 3 year return to factory. Return Material Authorizations (RMA’s) on 2.5” Products Our Technician will only issue an RMA number after he has spoken to the user, installer, or the Dealer Technician dealing with the user. This procedure avoids the inconvenience of a “No Fault Found” return, and we do test all returned product. We reserve the right to withhold the credit on No Fault Found returns. We ship the replacement product pre-paid, and expect the defective unit to be returned to us prepaid, with the RMA number displayed on the package. We reserve the right to ask for a guarantee of return of the defective unit. That guarantee can be verbal, a Purchase Order, or a Credit Card Number. You will be invoiced if we have not received the defective unit in 2 weeks. Warranty & RMA’s on Tape Libraries Tape libraries are sold with various levels of factory support and response. Your first call should be to the library manufacturer, but if you are not getting satisfaction in a timely fashion, Evergreen Peripherals is happy to escalate your incident with the factory. All shipping and return authorizations are issued and administered by the manufacturer. Credit terms are established for each account after review of their credit application and contact with their references, including the bank. Since 1990, we have
never put an account on credit hold as long as they are communicating
with us towards a resolution of the payment problem. In the absence of
any meaningful dialogue, we reserve the right to ship any future orders
